Our client, a financial firm, is seeking a temp-to-perm Receptionist for their New York Office. This individual must be detail-oriented, a team player, and have a high degree of professionalism. The temp portion will last 2-3 months and will be converted to a permanent position (pending a positive performance review).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls and be able to connect with appropriate team member
  • Meet and greet guests and coordinate meetings and conference room scheduling
  • Maintain reception area and building relationships
  • Coordinate both internal meetings and meetings with investors
  • Prepare materials for meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate high-level international and domestic travel for the marketing team
  • Prepare extensive expense reports
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2+ year work experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Compensation: $25 hourly range
