Hudson Gate Partners is seeking candidates with 3-5 years’ experience for a Temp-Perm Receptionist role. Financial Services experience a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Enter all guests into the building security system
•Greet and seat guests, and notify the appropriate party that their guests have arrived
•Answer main phone line, screen and route calls appropriately
•Proactively respond to all email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
•Manage complex conference room calendars and adjust as needed as challenges arise throughout the day
•Greet all interview candidates and ensure that interviews begin and are conducted as scheduled
•Liaise with our Investor Relations team to greet clients, escort them to the appropriate conference room or office, offer them beverages, and anything else required to ensure that their visit is as seamless as possible
•Act as a backup to the Facilities team
•Manage all outgoing and incoming mail/material via regular mail, FedEx, and other messenger services
•Place catering orders and/or assist with setup for meetings and events
•Provide ad hoc administrative support for various employees (e.g., calendaring meetings, process expense reports, answer phone lines)

Required Background:
•3-5 years’ experience in a similar professional capacity, with a preference for candidates with Financial Services experience
•An advanced 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Pay: $50-55K
