The role of Recruiter requires an individual with strong talent identification and assessment skills who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-moving and  demanding environment. The successful individual will be responsible for:

1) Role-specific sourcing for both permanent and temporary administrative roles

2) Strategic, pro- active pipe-lining to prepare for mid/long term recruitment goals


  • Source, engage and present top talent either on a role-specific basis or as part of a wider strategic project/ pipelining exercise
  • Identify potential candidates through the use of LinkedIn, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal database
  • Proactively research and generate new/creative sourcing ideas
  • Maintain and develop internal database: Track candidate history, tag candidates, build knowledge base of individuals, industries and markets
  • Keep abreast of trends, developments and industry activity; Know the competitive landscape and provide relevant information feeds to the business
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates
  • Develop job-related marketing content including postings, email campaigns, flyers and networking outreach.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-10 years of recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm and/ or in-house Talent Acquisition team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage candidate by phone and email
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong business acumen to understand business needs and structure
  • Current with social technologies, sourcing methodologies and tools
  • Creative thinking to continuously come up with innovative ways of identifying, connecting and engaging with candidates
