Our client, a Hedge Fund, is seeking an Office Manager/Head of Facilities for its New York office. This person will be managing a team of administrative professionals and interacting with vendors and building management. This person will also work as an Executive Assistant for two Senior Officers and provide backup support to the CEO when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • General administrative support for two Senior Executives
  • Management of 11 administrative staff members
  • Development and implementation of firm‐wide and administrative staff training initiatives
  • Oversee all office supply purchases and facilities vendor relationships
  • Collaborate on office construction projects, office moves and leasehold improvement initiative
  • Work with Information Technology department on IT services/projects
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required with a preference for a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Communications
  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, family office or technology industries
  • Team player with the ability to multi‐task and prioritize
  • Strong aptitude and affinity for technology
  •  Strong Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills


Compensation: $130-160k base, plus bonus
