Overview

Our client, a growing digital media firm, is seeking a Junior Office Manager/Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and a self-starter. This person will report to the HR Head, North and South America.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Heavy calendar management and phone coverage
  • Greet visitors and prepare conference rooms
  • Oversee all office supply purchases and facilities vendor relationships
  • Act as gate keeper and compose correspondence when appropriate
  • Assist with onboarding and managing interview process
  • Travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Handle special projects regarding research, analysis, events, and other unique needs of the team
  • Create, prepare and track expense reports
  • Assist with creating new hire orientation packets and other ad hoc requests

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
  • 2-4 years administrative support experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple and varied tasks accurately over a short period of time
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation: $60-75k base
