Global Private Equity firm  is looking to add a mid-level Human Resources Business Partner to the team. The HRBP will play a leadership and management role in many aspects of HR for the firm globally for all investment and non-investment professionals, including but not limited to the following:

  • Talent acquisition
  • Talent development
  • Performance management and reviews

The role requires a professional who has the ability to manage oneself, lead and manage large global projects and create innovative solutions to complex HR matters, while executing a high volume of tactical initiatives as well.  The candidate must feel comfortable working in an environment with a high volume of competing demands and with multiple stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 4 years prior experience in a financial institution, preferably investment banking or alternative assets
  • Prior exposure to recruiting and performance management preferred
  • Proactive, self-starter who can operate independently, has a sense of ownership and knows how/when to escalate
  • Extremely commercial with solid relationship building skill
  • Skill and comfort in numerical data and analysis
  • Experience with Workday preferred but not required

Salary: DOE plus bonus and benefits
