Hudson Gate Partners is seeking an High Level Administrative Assistant for a 3-4 month temp assignment with a private equity firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide high level support to team of professionals
• Manage multiple calendars; schedule meetings as needed
• Answer incoming calls and route accordingly
• Schedule conference calls, web meetings, and video conferences as needed
• Manage travel needs for team members; prepare itineraries and necessary documents
• Process expense reports
• Create/update documents, spreadsheets and presentations
• Meet and greet investors, coordinate lunch meetings
• Provide rotating reception lunch coverage and other times as needed
• Manage attendance records for team members
• Assist and provide back-up coverage for admin team members and other team professionals as needed
• Complete various projects as needed
• Assist with office set-up/clean up

Requirements and Desired Skills:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a professional office environment
• College degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a variety of individuals within and outside of the firm
• Ability to maintain consistency
• Pro-active self-starter who can anticipate needs
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize; excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient MSOffice skills

Pay: $20-22 per hr.
