Our client, a financial firm in New York, is seeking an Office Assistant for its Family Office. This person will be supporting the Accounting Team. Hours are 8:30am-6:00pm. The ideal candidate will be a team player and extremely organized.
Responsibilities include:
  • Heavy calendar management and screening calls
  • Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
  • Weekly expense reporting and invoice management
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and preparing meeting materials
  • Data entry, manipulation, and analysis in Excel
  • Ordering and maintain office supplies
  • Management of incoming mail and processing of FedEx
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
  • 2+ years of prior experience in an Administrative role in a financial services firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Compensation: $65-70k base (plus overtime and bonus), fully paid benefits, and breakfast and lunch daily
