Our client, an Asset Management Firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter and have the opportunity to wear many different hats. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a critical player ensuring the company’s top executives are able to be as efficient as possible to further grow the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide executive assistant support to the two partners (CEO & President) in all capacities with a strong focus on managing ever-changing and busy calendars
  • Oversee all office supply purchases and facilities vendor relationships
  • Assist with an personal scheduling needs that may arise
  • Book all travel arrangements domestically and internationally for the office
  • Assist Office Manager with any back-up support
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications Include:

  • 7-10 years of administrative and office management experience within financial services
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation: $100-125k range, plus bonus
