Overview

Our client, a Private Equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of their Partners. This person must be highly organized and be able to anticipate needs. Must speak Spanish and Portuguese.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Screen calls and act as gate keeper
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Arranging travel, including ground transportation, flights, and hotel accommodations
  • Order office supplies, organize corporate events and liaise with vendors and building management
  • Prepare research materials for meetings
  • Update database with relevant information
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Must speak Spanish and Portuguese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team
Compensation: $100-115K range, plus overtime and bonus
