Overview

Our client, a financial firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract position. The Coordinator will work closely with internal recruiters to manage the full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and eager to learn.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Heavy phone coverage and calendar management
  • Coordinate¬†with third party vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule phone interviews, video conference interviews, and onsite interviews
  • Arrange travel including flights, ground transportation, hotel reservations
  • Process expense reports and update internal database
  • Maintain and track all recruiting activity in a web-based system
  • Draft emails, offer letters, transfer letters, PowerPoint presentations, and excel document
  • Maintain hard and digital copies of employment folders
  • Assist with recruiting projects including candidate tracking and process documentation
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
  • Experience working in recruiting or HR
  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
  • High level of discretion required
  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
  • Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:$22-24 hourly, plus overtime and bonus
