One of our Investment Management firms in Jersey City is seeking a Compensation & Data Manager to join the Human Resources team. This person is responsible for assisting in the compensation and workforce analytics function for all of the firm’s employee and partner population.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage special projects including expense budgeting and forecasting
- Develop ad hoc compensation expense models and analyses for reporting to all levels of senior management
- Liaise with senior members of the firm
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem solving skills
