One of our Investment Management firms in Jersey City is seeking a Compensation & Data Manager to join the Human Resources team. ¬† This person is responsible for assisting in the compensation and workforce analytics function for all of the firm’s employee and partner population.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage special projects including expense budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop ad hoc compensation expense models and analyses for reporting to all levels of senior management
  • Liaise with¬†senior members of the firm

Qualifications include:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem solving skills
