Our client, a financial firm in New York City, is seeking an Administrative Services Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and an effective leader.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage team of administrative assistants and train temporary employees as needed
  • Oversee facilities and maintenance and act as point of contact for vendors
  • Implement firm guidelines and polices and collaborate with other services across multiple offices
  • Train and provide professional development to administrative assistants
  • Build and maintain effective internal client relationships
  • Manage the office supplies including sourcing new suppliers when required
  • Plan and coordinate special events
  • Participate in the hiring process for all administrative assistants
  • Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely and thorough manner

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communications kills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Compensations: $125-150k base
