Our client, an Asset Management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Client Relations team. The ideal candidate will be professional and confident in multitasking. The Administrative Assistant will work on a range of tasks including calendar maintenance, budget and expenses, travel coordination, expense management, and other assigned projects.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling
  • Phone coverage and directing inquiries
  • Arranging travel arrangements for the entire sales team (with detailed itineraries)
  • Event planning including group meetings and dinners
  • Manage ongoing work stream coordination with other departments.
  • General office duties such as word processing, copying, and data entry
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Assist with reports and presentations
  • Projects as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both internally and with clients

Compensation: $65-75k base plus bonus
